Anchored grouting active support technology in advance section of fully mechanized mining face in coal mine

Abstract
To address the engineering challenges in the advanced support of large-section roadways in deep soft rock, such as low efficiency, high labor intensity, and insufficient space utilization associated with traditional hydraulic props, an anchored-grouting active support technology based on grouting anchor cables was proposed and studied. Taking the 1029 fully mechanized mining face of Wugou Coal Mine as the engineering background, an innovative advanced support scheme using hollow grouting anchor cables to replace traditional props was designed, establishing a “surrounding rock - grout - anchor cable” cooperative bearing system. The support strength was verified through theoretical calculations, and field industrial tests were conducted to monitor key ground pressure parameters, including roof subsidence, convergence of the two sides, and anchor cable working resistance. Field monitoring data indicated that after adopting the anchored-grouting active support, the maximum roof subsidence and the maximum convergence of the two sides were significantly reduced compared to the traditional support method, and the surrounding rock deformation was effectively controlled. The anchored-grouting active support technology successfully transformed the roadway support from passive bearing to active reinforcement, effectively solving the advanced support challenges in deep soft rock roadways and demonstrating good adaptability and high application value.
