Analysis of the behavior law of mine pressure and the adaptability of supports in fully mechanized mining face of ultra-thick coal seams

  • In order to understand the characteristics of mine pressure in the fully mechanized top coal caving face of the ultra-thick coal seam in the No. 2 mine of the Dajing mining area, Zhundong Coalfield, the online monitoring system of support pressure, field measurement, and theoretical analysis methods were used to evaluate the mining pressure manifestation law and support adaptability of the 1101 first mining face in Zhundong No.2 mine. The research has shown that the mining pressure during the initial mining stage is stronger than during normal mining. Overall, the mine pressure in the middle of the working face appears first and then extends from the middle to both ends. The mining pressure shows a distribution pattern of "strong in the middle and weak at both ends". The selection of the ZF21000/25/45D four-column support-shield type hydraulic support for top coal caving in the 1101 fully mechanized mining face is reasonable and adaptable, meeting the on-site support needs.
