Anchor-suspended beam support technology for open-off cut installation in large-section broken roof

  • In underground coal mine construction and coal mining practices, roof safety is a critical aspect of mine safety production management. Aiming at the technical problem of insufficient support strength in roadways with large-section broken roofs, this study proposes an anchor-suspended beam support technology scheme for open-off cuts, systematically addressing roof safety hazards caused by inadequate strength in traditional support methods. The technical scheme optimizes the manufacturing process parameters of the anchor-suspended beam support device, conducts theoretical verification of the support strength, establishes a finite element model to analyze the mechanical characteristics of the anchor-suspended beam under working conditions and the mechanical behavior of roof rock, and carries out engineering verification at the first mining face of Guojiahe Coal Mine. Practical results show that the anchor-suspended beam support technology can significantly improve the initial roof support force and overall support strength, effectively restrain roof separation and subsidence, and provide a reliable guarantee for safe excavation and equipment installation in roadways with large-section broken roofs.
