Analysis of influential factors of efficiency for coal mine safety supervisors under “Internet+” management mode

“Internet+ ” has an important impact on the effectiveness of coal mine safety supervisors.Therefore, by studying the individual external environmental factors and their own factors of coal mine safety supervisors, this paper determines the preliminary influential factors that affect the effectiveness of coal mine safety supervisors, and then determines the key indicators that affect the effectiveness of coal mine safety supervisors through questionnaire survey and social network analysis.The results show that the social network analysis method is used to determine the core indicators that affect the effectiveness of coal mine safety supervisors.There are 9 first-level indicators and 37 second-level indicators.Among them, in the core indicator system, the self-discipline, enterprising spirit, service awareness, ability to learn new technologies and new equipment, plan execution ability, and information construction perfection of coal mine safety supervisors are at the center of the core indicators, indicating that these indicators are crucial to improving the level of coal mine safety production management.
