Abstract:
This study explores the application value of non-aqueous fracturing permeability enhancement technology in improving safety and resource recovery for deep coal mines, especially in reducing the risk of coal and gas outbursts. A review of the research progress on non-aqueous fracturing permeability enhancement technologies at home and abroad, covering gas fracturing, acoustic fracturing, cold-shock fracturing, and microbial fracturing. The study analyzes their working conditions, applicability, advantages, and disadvantages, and discusses their performance and limitations in gas extraction and coal mining based on engineering case studies. Non-aqueous fracturing technologies have shown significant permeability enhancement effects in laboratory tests and some practical applications, improving gas extraction efficiency and reducing gas disaster risks. However, challenges such as high costs, complex equipment, poor stability, and safety issues remain, particularly with the engineering challenges posed by liquid CO
2 and liquid nitrogen, which limit their large-scale application. Future development should focus on reducing costs, improving safety and stability, promoting the engineering and intelligent development of non-aqueous fracturing technologies, and enhancing research on their adaptability under different coal seam conditions. Optimizing equipment and process workflows will ensure safe coal mine production and efficient resource utilization.
