Abstract:
Addressing the issues of vibration and negative pressure occurring during the working process of the hydraulic system of a mine plate feeder, the hydraulic system principles and existing diagnostic methods are analyzed. It is found that traditional diagnostic methods cannot quickly identify the cause of the fault. Therefore, a method combining operational parameter recording with system principle analysis is adopted. With the aid of data acquisition and analysis equipment, a pressure acquisition device is set up to diagnose the fault, thereby enabling rapid identification of the fault cause. The results show that when the loaded material varies unevenly and significantly, the vibration amplitude of the pump outlet pressure is large, and a negative pressure phenomenon appears at the pump inlet side. This indicates that the device has good accuracy and can facilitate the detection of deep-seated faults, providing a simple and feasible method for hydraulic system diagnosis.
