Abstract:
To study the gas-liquid two-phase fluid circulation cooling and fire prevention system for deep goafs in coal mines, our research selected the deep goaf of Shenhua Shendong Shangwan Coal Mine as the research background. A random number array was used for the random assignment processing of thermal conductivity at each random point in the goaf, and COMSOL simulation software was applied for numerical calculation and analysis. After approximately 45 minutes of cooling treatment with low-temperature liquid fluid circulation, the temperature of the coal seam at the 15 meter height gradually decreased from 315 K (42 ℃) to about 270 K (−3.15 ℃). After the termination of low-temperature liquid fluid circulation, the coal seam temperature stabilized between 280 K and 290 K, which is equivalent to a temperature difference of 10 ℃ to 20 ℃. The results show that under U-type ventilation conditions, the introduction of low-temperature fluid circulation effectively reduces the temperature of the goaf and alleviates heat accumulation.Compared with natural conditions (with a temperature recovery rate of approximately 0.5 K/h within 24 hours), this technology effectively inhibits the heat storage rebound of coal mass, verifying the long-term stability of the cooling effect.
