元宝湾煤矿综放开采防灭火技术研究

Fire prevention and extinguishing technology for fully mechanized top-coal caving mining in Yuanbaowan Coal Mine

    目的 为有效防治煤矿自燃发火事故,针对元宝湾煤矿9号煤层自燃防治需求,
    方法 基于多物理场耦合理论建立采空区氧浓度梯度扩散与温度变化动态模型。
    结果及结论 通过Fluent仿真对上下隅角封堵、下隅角注氮、注氮封堵联合作用三种情况下的氧浓度演化特征开展多因素敏感性分析,构建多源融合监测系统、开区均压通风动态调控、采空区连续注氮、阻化泡沫覆盖综放工作面立体防灭火体系,形成具有区域适应性的防灭火技术组合。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the spontaneous combustion prevention and control requirements of the No. 9 coal seam in Yuanbaowan Coal Mine, a dynamic model of oxygen concentration gradient diffusion and temperature variation in the goaf was established based on multi-physics coupling theory. Through Fluent simulations, a multi-factor sensitivity analysis was conducted on the evolution characteristics of oxygen concentration under three conditions: upper and lower corner sealing, lower corner nitrogen injection, and the combined action of nitrogen injection and sealing. A multi-source fusion monitoring system, dynamic pressure-balancing ventilation regulation in open areas, continuous nitrogen injection into the goaf, and inhibiting foam coverage were integrated to construct a three-dimensional fire prevention and extinguishing system for the fully mechanized top-coal caving face, forming a combination of fire prevention and extinguishing technologies with regional adaptability.
