摘要:目的 工业粉尘治理是环境保护和安全生产的重点,但现有降尘技术存在成本高、效率低等问题,方法 本研究基于空气动力学和流体力学理论,通过优化水雾参数和添加湿润剂的方法提升降尘效率。研究系统考察了不同雾化方式的特性,确定了最佳喷雾参数组合,并采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为湿润剂增强雾滴捕尘能力。结果及结论 实验结果表明,添加0.2%~0.6%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠可显著提高溶液润湿性,对于去除细微粉尘和全尘具有明显效果,为工业粉尘治理提供了有效的解决方案。Abstract: Based on aerodynamics and hydrodynamics theories, this study improves dust suppression efficiency by optimizing water spray parameters and adding humectant. The characteristics of different atomization methods were systematically investigated, and the optimal combination of spray parameters was determined. Sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate was selected as the humectant to enhance the dust capture capacity of droplets. Experimental results show that adding 0.2%–0.6% sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate can significantly improve the wettability of the solution and has a notable effect on removing fine dust and total dust.
