综采工作面淋水区涌水机理分析及控制研究

Analysis and control of water inrush mechanism in water seepage zone of fully mechanized mining face

    目的及方法 矿井水害呈现多维度、复合型危险性特征,综采工作面面临顶板涌水、断层水以及离层水等多类型水害,复杂水文条件下工作面安全高效开采成为煤炭行业难题。结合地质勘探与生产实践,研究综采工作面煤层赋存不稳定、断层发育、水文地质条件复杂等特征,分析薄基岩弱胶结层水−砂耦合溃涌扰动因素,
    结果及结论 得出了采动裂隙离层导水通道的过程规律,2号煤层冒落带最大高度16.50 m,导水裂隙带最大高度76.01 m,工作面正常涌水量Q=245 m3/h、最大涌水量为343 m3/h,工作面顶板疏放水总量达到549.20万m3;提出钻−采协同勘探,动态调整回采工艺与顶板管理措施(将工作面倾向长度由273 m调整至243 m,采高由3.2 m降低至2.6 m),煤泥机械分流与人工清淤,创新性构建了“地质预测−工艺调控−应急保障”控制体系,为类似条件工作面的安全开采提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Mine water hazards exhibit multi-dimensional and compound risk characteristics. Fully mechanized mining faces are confronted with multiple types of water hazards such as roof water inrush, fault water, and bed-separation water, making safe and efficient mining under complex hydrogeological conditions a challenging problem for the coal industry. Integrating geological exploration with production practice, we investigate the features of unstable coal seam occurrence, developed faults, and complex hydrogeological conditions in the fully mechanized mining face, and analyze the disturbance factors of water-sand coupling inrush in thin bedrock and weakly cemented strata. The process pattern of mining-induced fracture and bed-separation water-conducting channels is obtained: the maximum height of the caving zone in the No.2 coal seam is 16.50 m, and the maximum height of the water-conducting fractured zone is 76.01 m. The normal water inflow of the working face is Q = 245 m3/h, the maximum water inflow is 343 m3/h, and the total amount of roof water drainage reaches 5.492 million m3. The study proposes drilling-mining collaborative exploration, dynamic adjustment of mining technology and roof management measures (adjusting the inclined length of the working face from 273 m to 243 m and reducing the mining height from 3.2 m to 2.6 m), as well as mechanical separation of coal slurry and manual desilting. An innovative control system of "geological prediction-process regulation-emergency support" is established.
