韩家湾煤矿4−2煤层区段煤柱合理优化技术研究

Reasonable optimization technology of 4−2 coal seam section coal pillar of Hanjiawan Coal Mine

    目的 随着煤层埋深的逐渐增加和煤炭需求量的增大,巷道及煤柱的变形破坏程度也随之加剧,为解决巷道失稳问题,煤柱的合理留设尺寸研究显得尤为重要。
    方法 因此,以韩家湾煤矿214203工作面为研究对象,通过建立煤柱受力模型进行理论分析,研究在此条件下的区段煤柱宽度,以解决韩家湾煤矿煤柱留设宽度依据不足这一问题。
    结果 研究结果表明,受工作面开采扰动的影响以及巷道的掘进影响,两侧塑性区发育有所不同,并通过SMP准则对其进行计算,得到了区段煤柱在采空区侧以及巷道侧的塑性区范围为2.93 m和1.31 m,中部弹性核区的范围为5.14 m。在此基础之上,通过数值模拟分析发现,当区段煤柱宽度为15 m时,塑性区宽度为1.9~2.3 m。
    结论 根据现场煤柱松动圈范围监测得到最大深度为1.47 m,在缩小煤柱宽度的基础上,煤柱塑性区范围并没有出现较大的偏差。因此可为矿井的安全提供合理的理论支持,同时也可为周边矿井提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: With the gradual increase of buried depth of coal seam and the increase of coal demand, the deformation and failure degree of roadway and coal pillar are also intensified. In order to solve the problem of roadway instability, it is particularly important to study the reasonable size of coal pillar. Therefore, this paper takes the 214203 working face of Hanjiawan Coal Mine as the research object. To address the problem of insufficient basis for the width of coal pillar in Hanjiawan Coal Mine, the theoretical analysis is carried out by establishing the stress model of coal pillar, and the width of section coal pillar under this condition is studied. The results show that the development of plastic zones on both sides is different due to the influence of mining disturbance and roadway excavation, and it is calculated by SMP criterion. The plastic zone of the section coal pillar on the side of the goaf and the side of the roadway is 1.31 m and 2.93 m, and the range of the elastic core area in the middle is 5.14 m. Through numerical simulation analysis, it is found that when the width of the section coal pillar is 15 m, the width of the plastic zone is 1.9~2.3 m. According to the monitoring of the range of the loose circle of the coal pillar on the spot, the maximum depth is 1.4 m. On the basis of reducing the width of the coal pillar, there is no large deviation in the range of the plastic zone of the coal pillar. Therefore, it provides reasonable theoretical support for the safety of the mine, and also provides reference for the surrounding mines.
