Abstract:
Gas extraction is a core technical measure for preventing gas disasters and ensuring safe production in coal mines. To address the severe threats posed by pipeline leakage in coal mine gas extraction networks to underground safety and extraction efficiency, we propose an integrated precision localization technology system combining sensor networks, dynamic data analysis, and intelligent algorithms. The influential patterns of leakage area, location, and multi-point leakage on gas concentration and pressure within pipelines were analyzed, revealing that increased leakage aperture and upstream leakage locations significantly exacerbate downstream gas concentration decline and negative pressure fluctuations. An intelligent monitoring platform integrating Stacking-LSSVM-Elman-DBN algorithms was developed, achieving real-time gas extraction data acquisition, leakage early warning, and leak point localization.
