双龙煤业瓦斯抽采管网漏损精准定位技术研究

Accurate location technology of gas extraction pipeline networks leakage and loss in Shuanglong Coal Industry

  • 摘要: 瓦斯抽采是煤矿井下防治瓦斯灾害、保障安全生产的核心技术手段,
    目的 针对煤矿瓦斯抽采管网漏损隐患突出,严重威胁井下安全并降低抽采效率的问题,
    方法 提出了一套融合传感器网络、动态数据分析与智能算法的精准定位技术体系;
    结果及结论 分析了漏损面积、位置及多点泄漏对管道内瓦斯浓度和压力的影响规律,发现漏损孔径增大和上游漏损位置会显著加剧下游瓦斯浓度下降与负压波动;开发了集成Stacking-LSSVM-Elman-DBN算法的智能化监测平台;实现了瓦斯抽采数据的实时采集、泄漏预警及漏点定位功能,为煤矿瓦斯抽采管网漏损防控提供了高效的技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Gas extraction is a core technical measure for preventing gas disasters and ensuring safe production in coal mines. To address the severe threats posed by pipeline leakage in coal mine gas extraction networks to underground safety and extraction efficiency, we propose an integrated precision localization technology system combining sensor networks, dynamic data analysis, and intelligent algorithms. The influential patterns of leakage area, location, and multi-point leakage on gas concentration and pressure within pipelines were analyzed, revealing that increased leakage aperture and upstream leakage locations significantly exacerbate downstream gas concentration decline and negative pressure fluctuations. An intelligent monitoring platform integrating Stacking-LSSVM-Elman-DBN algorithms was developed, achieving real-time gas extraction data acquisition, leakage early warning, and leak point localization.
