Optimization of support parameters and effect comparison for 2306 belt conveyor roadway in Changcun Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 巷道围岩产生变形的主要原因之一是巷道支护参数的不合理、支护方式单一,导致巷道部分区域出现了顶板下沉和底鼓等问题,
    目的及方法 以常村煤矿2306胶带运输巷实际地质情况为研究背景,采用钻孔窥视、数值模拟、现场工业性试验等综合研究方法,选取锚杆−锚索联合支护形式作为永久支护。
    结果及结论 现场工业性试验表明,使用本支护方案,巷道顶底板移近量及两帮移近量减小,能够解决2306胶带运输巷巷道变形严重的问题,对于潞安集团内部甚至全国类似地质条件下的巷道围岩控制具有重要的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: A large part of the deformation of surrounding rock in roadways is caused by unreasonable support parameters and single support method, leading to problems such as roof subsidence and floor heave in some areas. Taking the actual geological conditions of the 2306 belt conveyor roadway in Changcun Coal Mine as the research background, comprehensive research methods including borehole peeping, numerical simulation, and field industrial tests were adopted, and the combined support form of rock bolts and anchor cables was selected as the permanent support. Field industrial tests show that the proposed support scheme reduces the roof-floor convergence and the convergence of the two sidewalls, effectively solving the serious deformation problem of the 2306 belt conveyor roadway, and providing reference for surrounding rock control in roadways under similar geological conditions within Lu’an Group and even across the country.
