基于气体组分分析的煤矿采空区瓦斯来源探究

Investigation into methane sources in coal mine goaf based on gas component analysis

    目的 为探究远距离煤层开采后对下伏煤层卸压影响效果,
    方法 以红阳三矿7号煤层回采工作面和下伏12、13号煤层为研究对象,7号煤层下距12号煤层65 m,12号煤层与13号煤层间距0~1 m(可视为同一煤层),采用气体组分分析法,分别采集7号煤层气样、采空区混合气样和12、13号煤层混合气样送往实验室进行二氧化碳、氧气、氮气和烃类化合物含量测试。
    结果 通过对数据筛选和分析,得出采空区气样甲烷12、13号煤层来源占比为0.99%~4.8%,7号煤层来源占比为95.2%~99.01%,说明12、13号煤层受采动影响部分瓦斯涌入至采空区。
    结论 本研究采用的气体组分分析法可为煤层群联合抽采分层计量、瓦斯涌出来源分析等提供一种新的技术手段。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the pressure-relief effect on underlying coal seams after long-distance coal seam mining, this study takes the No. 7 coal mining face and the underlying No. 12 and No. 13 coal seams at Hongyang No. 3 Mine as the research objects. The No. 7 coal seam is 65 m above the No. 12 coal seam, and the spacing between the No. 12 and No. 13 coal seams ranges from 0 to 1 m (they can be regarded as a single coal seam). Using the gas component analysis method, gas samples from the No. 7 coal seam (coalbed methane), mixed gas samples from the goaf, and mixed gas samples from the No. 12 and No. 13 coal seams were collected separately and sent to the laboratory for testing the contents of CO2, O2, N2, CH4, C2H6 and other hydrocarbon compounds. Through data screening and analysis, it was found that in the methane (CH4) of the goaf gas samples, the contribution from the No. 12 and No. 13 coal seams accounts for 0.99%~4.8%, while that from the No. 7 coal seam accounts for 95.2%~99.01%, indicating that under the influence of mining, part of the gas from the No. 12 and No. 13 coal seams migrated into the goaf. The gas component analysis method adopted in this study can provide a new technical means for stratified metering in combined extraction of coal seam groups and for source analysis of gas emissions.
