基于XGboost算法的煤与瓦斯突出预测研究及应用

Research and application of coal and gas outburst prediction based on XGboost algorithm

  • 摘要: 【目的及方法】煤与瓦斯突出是最具破坏性的煤岩动力灾害之一,严重威胁着煤矿的安全生产。瓦斯突出的准确预测可以有效避免煤与瓦斯突出的发生。由于瓦斯突出发生的机理尚不清楚,如何对其进行准确预测成为了亟待解决的难题。基于此,提出了一种基于多指标的XGBoost算法用于煤与瓦斯突出预测。【结果】结果表明,XGBoost算法不仅能准确对煤与瓦斯突出进行预测,且能显示各评价指标在预测过程中的占比权重。【结论】本研究对煤矿安全生产具有重要意义,丰富了煤与瓦斯突出理论。

     

    Abstract: Coal and gas outburst is one of the most destructive coal-rock dynamic disasters, posing a serious threat to the safe production of coal mines.Accurate prediction of gas outbursts can effectively prevent their occurrence.Due to the unclear mechanism of gas outbursts, how to accurately predict them has become a pressing issue to be resolved.This paper proposes a multi-indicator-based XGBoost algorithm for predicting coal and gas outbursts.The results show that XGBoost algorithm can not only accurately predict coal and gas outbursts but also display the weight proportions of each evaluation indicator in the prediction process.
