坚硬围岩聚能爆破掏槽技术及试验应用研究

  • 摘要: 【目的及方法】恒源煤电矿区岩巷围岩坚硬,由于掏槽进尺不理想导致单循环进尺过低,月进尺仅90 m左右,严重影响开拓巷道接替计划,在此背景下提出六向聚能爆破技术。【结果】该技术在一次掏槽区域获得较大范围爆生裂隙,将掏槽区域的坚硬岩石转化为破碎松动岩体,为二次掏槽提供了较好的自由面,最终提高了掏槽深度,达到了提高钻爆开挖进尺的目的。【结论】结合理论分析、数值研究以及现场试验,证明采用该项技术可以有效提高坚硬岩石钻爆进尺,对同类条件下巷道钻爆掘进效果的提升具有良好的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: The surrounding rock in the rock roadways of the Hengyuan Coal and Power mining area is extremely hard, resulting in poor cutting advance and excessively low single-cycle progress, with monthly advance rates of only about 90 meters.This severely impacts the development and replacement schedule of roadways.This paper proposes the six-directional energy-gathering blasting technology.This technology generates a wide range of blast-induced fractures in the primary cutting area, transforming the hard rock into fractured and loosened rock mass, thereby providing a favorable free surface for secondary cutting.Ultimately, this enhances cutting depth and achieves the goal of improving drilling and blasting excavation progress.Through theoretical analysis, numerical simulations, and field tests, the study demonstrates that this technology can effectively enhance drilling and blasting advance rates in hard rock conditions.
