黄白茨煤矿运输巷注浆锚索超前支护技术应用研究

Application of grouting anchor cable advanced support technology in transportation roadway of Huangbaici Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 【目的】鉴于在当前工作面巷道超前支护作业中,围岩完整性较差且裂隙呈现广泛分布的情况,以黄白茨煤矿021208运输顺槽为研究对象,开展了注浆锚索超前支护技术实践。【方法】依据021208运输顺槽围岩裂隙的发育特点,对注浆锚索超前支护工艺关键技术参数进行了设计,在此基础上,开展了不同注浆锚索布置方案的浆液扩散数值模拟,并确定出了最佳锚索布置方案。【结果及结论】在工业性试验过程中,通过分阶段超前支护方式,实现了注浆锚索超前支护技术与原有单体支护的有效衔接。现场监测结果表明,021208运输顺槽采用注浆锚索超前支护技术后,巷道顶底板最大变形量为106 mm,两帮最大变形量为200 mm;锚索轴向受力峰值达282 kN,为其屈服强度的67%,整体承载性能表现良好,有效提升了021208运输顺槽超前区域围岩的稳定性,同时也保证了工作面的安全正常回采。

     

    Abstract: In view of the fact that the integrity of surrounding rock is poor and the cracks are widely distributed in the current roadway advanced support operation, we take 021208 transportation entry of Huangbaici mine as the research object, and carry out the grouting anchor cable advanced support technology practice.According to the development characteristics of the surrounding rock crack of 021208 transportation entry, the key technical parameters of the advanced support technology of the grouting anchor cable are designed.The numerical simulation of the slurry diffusion of different grouting anchor cable layout schemes is carried out, and the optimal anchor cable layout scheme is determined.In the process of industrial test, the advanced support technology of grouting anchor cable is effectively connected with the original mono support through the advanced support method of stages.The field monitoring results show that: After the advanced support technology of grouting anchor cable is adopted in the transportation entry of 021208, the maximum deformation of the roof and floor of the roadway is 106 mm, and the maximum deformation of the two sides is 200 mm.The peak axial force of the anchor cable reaches 282 kN, which is 67% of its yield strength, and the overall bearing performance is good, which effectively improves the stability of the surrounding rock in the advanced area of 021208 transportation entry, and also ensures the safe and normal mining of the working face.
