贵州杨山煤矿首采工作面支护研究

Support of initial mining face for Yangshan Coal Mine in Guizhou

  • 摘要: 【目的】为给矿井支护工作评价提供实测基础,并完善采煤工作面支护管理机制,【方法】采用人工现场测量的方法,对贵州杨山煤矿110102工作面的94台液压支架进行为期6轮的阻力值实测,并对实测结果进行分析。【结果】研究表明,在1 118次观测中,12.79%的数据阻力值为0,不高于20 MPa的阻力观测数据占比25.22%,有高达46.7%的支架在观测期间阻力值低于设计的初撑力,这些数据表明矿企应重视机械设备的正常、稳定运行,机械的运行稳定性也是智能化大面积推广的重要前提。【结论】实测表明,沿工作面方向支架受力和沿推进方向来压均为非单一线性关系。可通过转变总体管理思路,适应智能化转型、优化异常管理机制、实行联动机制等,以完善现有的采煤工作面支护管理工作,研究内容对同类矿井支护管理具有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: To provide the basis foundation for the evaluation of mine support and improve the management mechanism of coal mining face support, the resistance value of 94 hydraulic supports in 110102 face of Yangshan Coal Mine in Guizhou was measured for 6 rounds by manual on-site, and the results were analyzed.The research shows that: in 1118 observations, 12.79% of the data resistance value is 0, the resistance observation data without higher than 20 MPa accounts for 25.22%, and up to 46.7% of the supports have resistance values lower than the designed initial support force during the observation period.These data indicate that mining enterprises should pay attention to the normal and stable operation of mechanical equipment, and the operation stability of machinery is also an important prerequisite for the large-scale promotion of intelligent mining.The actual measurement shows that the force of the support along the working face direction and the weighting along the advancing direction are both non-single linear relationships.The existing coal face support management can be improved by changing the overall management idea to adapt to the intelligent transformation, optimize the abnormal management mechanism, and implement the linkage mechanism.
