地下运煤通道施工对上部高速公路影响研究

Construction impact of underground coal transportation roadway on upper expressways

  • 摘要: 【目的及方法】保证上覆建、构筑物的稳定是修建地下下穿运煤通道的必要前提,以地下运煤通道下穿高速公路为工程背景,采用现场调查、理论分析、数值模拟等方法进行深入研究。【结果及结论】结果表明,某地下运煤通道下穿高速公路段围岩为Ⅴ级岩体,岩体质量较差;地下运煤通道断面形式选取直墙三心拱形,其规格为5.4 m×3.8 m(宽×高),采用模筑砼支护,C35砼防水侵蚀等级,局部破碎地段可采用锚网喷支护、U型钢棚、注浆等加强支护;通过经验公式的定性分析与定量计算,得出最低安全深度为50 m。地下运煤通道为深埋隧道,施工时上覆高速公路桥墩综合最大位移为0.092 mm,公路路面的综合位移为0.085 mm,远小于规范要求,故地下运煤通道施工对上部高速公路的影响较小。

     

    Abstract: To ensure the stability of overlays and structures is a necessary prerequisite for the construction of underground coal transportation roadway.Taking underground a coal transportation roadway under an expressway as the engineering background, field investigation, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and other methods are used to carry out in-depth research.The results show that the surrounding rock mass of the underground coal transportation roadway is grade Ⅴ, and the quality of the rock mass is poor.The section form of the underground coal transportation roadway is selected as a straight wall three-center arch, its specification is 5.4 m×3.8 m(width×height), and it adopts molded concrete support, C35 concrete waterproof erosion grade.The local broken section can adopt anchor net spray support, U-shaped steel shed, grouting and other strengthening supports.Through qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of empirical formula, the minimum safe depth is 50 m.The underground coal transportation roadway is a deep buried tunnel, and the comprehensive maximum displacement of overlying highway piers is 0.092 mm and that of highway pavement is 0.085 mm during construction, which is far less than the standard requirements.Thus, the construction of underground coal transportation roadway has little influence on the upper expressway.
