近距离煤层群开采瓦斯涌出量预测研究

Gas emission volume prediction in close range coal seam group mining

  • 摘要: 【目的及方法】以贺西煤矿现采煤层为工程背景,通过分析煤层瓦斯赋存规律,得到影响煤层瓦斯含量的主控因素,并绘制煤层瓦斯含量等值线图,采用分源预测法对3号、4号煤层进行瓦斯涌出量预测。【结果】结果表明,煤层埋藏深度是3号、4号煤层瓦斯赋存的主控因素,并满足线性关系。3号煤层为W3号煤层=0.084 2H-31.898,R2=0.833 2,4号煤层为W4号煤层=0.034 2H-5.97,R2=0.893 9。在3号煤层生产能力为1.4 Mt/a, 4号煤层生产能力为1.4 Mt/a的情况下,3号、4号煤层采煤工作面绝对瓦斯涌出量(Q)与埋藏深度(H)之间遵循Q3号煤层=0.270 1H-94.36、Q4号煤层=0.062 8H-14.42的线性回归关系。【结论】预测结果可为煤矿瓦斯防治工作提供重要的数据依据。

     

    Abstract: Taking the current coal seam of Hexi Coal Mine as the engineering background, by analyzing the occurrence law of coal seam gas, the main controlling factors affecting the coal seam gas content are obtained.The contour map of coal seam gas content is drawn, and the gas emission rate of 3# and 4# coal seams is predicted using the source separation prediction method.The results indicate that the burial depth of the coal seams is the main controlling factor for the occurrence of gas, satisfying a linear relationship: 3# coal seam is W3#=0.084 2H-31.898, R2=0.833 2;4# coal seam is W4#=0.034 2H-5.97, R2=0.893 9.In the case where the production capacity of 3# coal seam is 1.4 Mt/a and the production capacity of 4# coal seam is 1.4 Mt/a, the absolute gas emission rate(Q) and burial depth(H) of the coal mining face in 3# and 4# coal seams follow a linear regression relationship of Q3#=0.270 1H-94.36, Q4#=0.062 8H-14.42.The predicted results can provide important data basis for coal mine gas prevention and control.
