三软大变形煤巷支护方式及支护参数分析

Support methods and parameters for three-soft large-deformation coal roadways

  • 摘要: 【目的及方法】为进一步探究三软大变形煤巷的有效支护策略,以教学二矿的三软大变形煤巷在开采过程中出现的典型破坏问题为案例,应用仿真分析方法对破坏问题的发生原因进行分析;而后根据分析结果,确定选用锚杆锚索支护方案,并对其主要参数和设计要点等内容进行详细探讨;最后将优化后的支护方案投入实际应用。【结果及结论】结果显示,本次优化方案在降低煤巷位移方面较具显著性,其提升了支护效果,具有一定的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: To further explore effective support strategies for three-soft large-deformation coal roadways, this study takes the typical failure issues of such roadways during the mining process in Teaching Mine No.2 as a case study.Firstly, simulation analysis methods are employed to investigate the causes of these failures.Based on the analysis results, a bolt-cable support scheme is selected, and its main parameters and design considerations are discussed in detail.Finally, the optimized support scheme is applied in practice.The results indicate that the proposed optimization significantly reduces roadway displacement, thereby improving support effectiveness and demonstrating practical application value.
