Abstract:
In order to solve the problem that the surrounding rock mass of island working face mining roadway has large deformation due to multiple mining influences, this paper takes Tiandi Wangpo Coal Industry's 3206 return air way as an example, and concludes the drawbacks of the original anchoring net support scheme of island working face roadway, and further analyzes the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock of island working face roadway by means of drilling and peeping.It is found that the surrounding rock deformation can not be effectively controlled under the original support scheme.Support optimization of roadway surrounding rock was carried out, and a combined support measure of “full anchor cable+steel ladder beam+concrete shotcrete” was proposed.According to the results of field industrial tests, it can be seen that: After applying the optimized support scheme to the 3206 return air way, the maximum shape variable of the roof and floor of the roadway and the two sides are maintained at about 186.97 mm and 288.24 mm, respectively, which effectively controls the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock and ensures the normal use of the roadway.
