煤矿孤岛工作面回采巷道围岩稳定性分析及支护优化研究

Surrounding rock stability analysis and support optimization of mining roadway in island working face of coal mine

  • 摘要: 【目的】为解决孤岛工作面回采巷道围岩体因多重采动影响而产生较大变形的问题,以中煤科工集团有限公司天地王坡煤业3206回风顺槽为例,【方法】总结出孤岛工作面巷道原锚索网支护方案所存在的弊端,并通过钻孔窥视的方式进一步分析孤岛工作面巷道围岩变形破坏特征,发现巷道在原支护方案下不能有效控制围岩变形。【结果及结论】对巷道围岩开展支护优化,提出采用“全锚索+钢筋梯子梁+混凝土喷浆”的联合支护措施,根据现场工业性试验结果可知,3206回风顺槽在应用优化支护方案后,巷道顶底板及两帮的最大形变量分别维持在186.97 mm和288.24 mm左右,可有效控制围岩的变形破坏,从而确保巷道能够正常使用。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the surrounding rock mass of island working face mining roadway has large deformation due to multiple mining influences, this paper takes Tiandi Wangpo Coal Industry's 3206 return air way as an example, and concludes the drawbacks of the original anchoring net support scheme of island working face roadway, and further analyzes the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock of island working face roadway by means of drilling and peeping.It is found that the surrounding rock deformation can not be effectively controlled under the original support scheme.Support optimization of roadway surrounding rock was carried out, and a combined support measure of “full anchor cable+steel ladder beam+concrete shotcrete” was proposed.According to the results of field industrial tests, it can be seen that: After applying the optimized support scheme to the 3206 return air way, the maximum shape variable of the roof and floor of the roadway and the two sides are maintained at about 186.97 mm and 288.24 mm, respectively, which effectively controls the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock and ensures the normal use of the roadway.
