下沟煤矿工作面小煤柱合理宽度的分析研究

Reasonable width of small coal pillar in the working face of Xiagou Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 【目的】目前我国大型煤矿的资源回采率在65%左右,相比较发达国家的回采率,煤炭资源浪费严重,因此,加大采矿新技术研究已经势在必行,当前迫切需要运用高效且高回收率的煤炭开采技术,以此提升矿井煤炭的回收率。在煤炭开采工艺中,由于煤柱留设造成了大量的煤炭资源损失。【方法】故选择合理的煤柱宽度,采用小煤柱沿空掘巷或无煤柱沿空留巷对于节省煤炭资源至关重要。就下沟煤矿ZF2822工作面小煤柱合理宽度进行理论分析。【结果及结论】结果表明,煤柱宽度大于6 m“近零区域”更大,在水平方向上整体稳定性更高。因此,煤柱宽度不宜小于6 m。综合考虑以上因素影响,确定合理的煤柱宽度为6.0~7.0 m。即ZF2822工作面运输顺槽与ZF1816工作面采空区边缘的水平距离为6.0~7.0 m,为提高资源回收率,确定最终煤柱宽度6.0 m为较好的沿空掘巷位置。

     

    Abstract: Currently, the resource recovery rate in large coal mines in China is approximately 65%.Compared with the recovery rates in developed countries, the wastage of coal resources is significant.Therefore, it has become imperative to enhance research on new mining technologies.There is an urgent need to adopt efficient and high-recovery coal mining techniques to improve the recovery rate of coal in mines.In coal mining processes, the retaining of coal pillars results in substantial losses of coal resources.Thus, selecting a reasonable coal pillar width and employing small coal pillar gob-side entry driving or gob-side entry retaining without coal pillars are crucial for conserving coal resources.This paper conducts a theoretical analysis of the reasonable width of small coal pillars for the ZF2822 working face in the Xiagou Coal Mine.
