薄煤层切顶沿空留巷矿压及瓦斯分布规律研究

Distribution law of mine pressure and gas in roof cutting gob-side entry retaining in thin coal seam

  • 摘要: 【目的及方法】永明煤矿3121工作面进风巷采用切顶卸压沿空留巷布置,对进风巷的顶底板位移、液压支柱支撑力等矿压参数进行监测,并且根据工作面瓦斯情况开展数值模型模拟。【结果】监测结果表明,采用切顶卸压沿空留巷后顶底板变形得到有效控制,巷道围岩变形明显减少,可以有效避免矿压显现问题,从而避免顶板大面积变形破碎。【结论】模拟结果表明,采用沿空留巷后工作面附近瓦斯浓度整体下降,更多的瓦斯从采空区排出,上隅角瓦斯积聚问题得到改善。

     

    Abstract: In the air inlet roadway of 3121 working face of Yongming Coal Mine, the roof and floor displacement, hydraulic support force and other mine pressure parameters of the air inlet roadway are monitored, and numerical model simulation is carried out according to the gas situation of the working face.The monitoring results show that the deformation of roof and floor is effectively controlled and the deformation of surrounding rock is obviously reduced, which can effectively avoid the problem of mine pressure behavior and the large-area deformation and crushing of roof.The simulation results show that after the gob-side entry retaining, the gas concentration near the working face decreases, more gas is discharged from the goaf, and the problem of gas accumulation in the upper corner is improved.
