Abstract:
Based on the wireless audio and video communication technology, the monitoring system design of mine overhead human vehicle system is carried out.Based on the functional purposes of voice communication, video monitoring and network transmission, and the architecture design of monitoring terminal, monitoring center and transmission line, the Arm920T S3C2440A processor as the core has been determined.The hardware system includes the core module and external module, and the software system is based on the hardware driver and monitoring human-machine interaction interface of the Windows CE5.0 system.Through the field application, it is determined that the monitoring system can effectively reduce the emergency response time by about 56%,reduce the failure stopping time of the overhead human vehicle by about 12%,and save 870,000 yuan/year, indicating that the design of overhead man-vehicle monitoring system based on wireless audio-visual communication technology has important application significance for mine safety transportation and accident time reduction.
