Design of overhead people-vehicle monitoring system based on wireless audio-video communication technology

  • 摘要: 以黑龙煤业架空人车系统为应用背景,基于无线音视通信技术对矿井架空人车系统进行监控系统设计,基于语音通信、视频监控和网络传输的功能目的和监控终端、监控中心和传输线路的架构设计,先后确定了以Arm920T S3C2440A处理器为核心(包含核心模块和外接模块)的硬件系统和基于Windows CE5.0系统的硬件驱动和监控人机交互界面的软件系统。通过现场应用,确定监控系统能够有效降低应急反应时间约56%,降低架空人车故障停车时间约12%,预计节省支出87万/年。说明基于无线音视通信技术的架空人车监控系统设计对矿井安全运输、减少事故时间具有重要的应用意义。

     

    Abstract: Based on the wireless audio and video communication technology, the monitoring system design of mine overhead human vehicle system is carried out.Based on the functional purposes of voice communication, video monitoring and network transmission, and the architecture design of monitoring terminal, monitoring center and transmission line, the Arm920T S3C2440A processor as the core has been determined.The hardware system includes the core module and external module, and the software system is based on the hardware driver and monitoring human-machine interaction interface of the Windows CE5.0 system.Through the field application, it is determined that the monitoring system can effectively reduce the emergency response time by about 56%,reduce the failure stopping time of the overhead human vehicle by about 12%,and save 870,000 yuan/year, indicating that the design of overhead man-vehicle monitoring system based on wireless audio-visual communication technology has important application significance for mine safety transportation and accident time reduction.
