深埋矿井煤巷掘进超前预控靶向支护技术研究

Advanced pre-controlled targeted support technology for driving of deeply buried mine coal roadway

  • 摘要: 随着煤炭浅部资源的不断开发,煤矿深部开采伴随的顶板下沉、巷道片帮等问题严重制约着煤矿的安全开采效率。为解决深部开采作用下的煤巷掘进工作面应力集中问题,以黄陵矿业有限公司一号煤矿627回风顺槽为研究背景,通过分析煤层赋存条件及围岩结构特征,提出采用“围岩特性分析+超前预控靶向支护+优化支护参数”组合解危措施,建立深部煤巷合理支护参数的验证方法,有效解决了深埋矿井煤巷掘进期间围岩动力灾害事件频发、巷道片帮、帮部变形严重的技术难题,实现了安全高效掘进,确保了巷道高效成型,显著提高煤巷支护的有效性,保证了煤矿井下安全生产。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous development of shallow coal resources, the problems associated with deep coal mine mining, such as the subsidence of roof and roadway spalling, seriously limit the efficiency of safe coal mine mining.In order to solve the problem of concentration of pressure on coal mine driving work surface under deep mining, the 627 return air entry of No.1 Coal Mine of Huangling Mining Co.,Ltd.,was used as the research background.By analyzing coal seam occurrence conditions and the structural characteristics of the surrounding rock, it was proposed to use a combination of “surrounding rock characteristics analysis+advanced pre-controlled targeted support+optimized support parameters” to tackle hazards, and establish a verification method for reasonable support parameters in deep coal roadways.It effectively solved the technical difficulties of frequent incidents of surrounding rock dynamics disasters, roadway spalling and side deformation during coal roadway excavation in deep buried mines, achieved safe and efficient driving, and ensured the efficient formation of roadway, thus significantly improving the effectiveness of coal roadway support, and ensuring safe production under the coal mine shaft.
