Abstract:
Roadway in soft rock, influenced by deposition environment, may lead to the increase of deformation of the roadway surrounding rock, resulting in the difficulty of roadway driving.In order to solve the serious deformation problem of soft rock roadway, the auxiliary return air roadway of 3-510 working face in Jingfang Coal Mine is taken as the engineering background.After revealing the physical and mechanical properties of coal rock and analyzing its deformation and failure mechanism and the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock roadway.Combined with the actual project, the coupling support scheme of “pre-grouting+anchor net spray concrete+arch structure+U-beam+high and low-pressure deep and shallow holes reinforcing grouting” was proposed.Through on-site application and testing the effectiveness of the coupling support program, the monitoring results show that the proposed coupling support and reinforcement program can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock and the expansion of faailure in the plastic zone.The coupling support program can provide engineering references for the support and reinforcement of soft, weak and breaking surrounding roadway under similar geological conditions.
