煤矿软岩巷道破坏机理分析及加固支护研究

Failure mechanism and reinforcement support of coal mine soft rock roadway

  • 摘要: 在软岩中布置的巷道,受沉积环境的影响,可能会导致巷道围岩变形量增加,致使巷道掘进困难。为解决软岩巷道严重变形问题,以经坊煤矿3-510工作面辅助回风巷为工程背景。揭示了煤岩物理力学性质并分析了其变形破坏机理和围岩巷道变形破坏特征,结合工程实际,提出了“预注浆+锚网喷混凝土+仰拱结构+U型钢+高低压深浅孔加固注浆”耦合支护方案,通过现场应用检验耦合支护方案的有效性。由监测结果表明,提出的耦合支护与加固方案可有效控制围岩变形和塑性区损伤扩展,该耦合支护方案设计合理,可为类似地质条件下软弱破碎围岩巷道的支护与加固提供工程参考。

     

    Abstract: Roadway in soft rock, influenced by deposition environment, may lead to the increase of deformation of the roadway surrounding rock, resulting in the difficulty of roadway driving.In order to solve the serious deformation problem of soft rock roadway, the auxiliary return air roadway of 3-510 working face in Jingfang Coal Mine is taken as the engineering background.After revealing the physical and mechanical properties of coal rock and analyzing its deformation and failure mechanism and the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock roadway.Combined with the actual project, the coupling support scheme of “pre-grouting+anchor net spray concrete+arch structure+U-beam+high and low-pressure deep and shallow holes reinforcing grouting” was proposed.Through on-site application and testing the effectiveness of the coupling support program, the monitoring results show that the proposed coupling support and reinforcement program can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock and the expansion of faailure in the plastic zone.The coupling support program can provide engineering references for the support and reinforcement of soft, weak and breaking surrounding roadway under similar geological conditions.
