Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of deep-buried high-stress roadway support, the 81103 roadway of Shuiyu Mine is taken as the engineering background, the deformation and failure characteristics of the roadway under the original support scheme are analyzed, the deformation and failure characteristics of the roadway are evaluated by combining the geological conditions and the original support scheme, and the load-bearing performances of steel pipe concrete support and U-beam steel support are analyzed by numerical test under the action of dynamic and static loads.The test results show that in the case of the same lateral pressure coefficient, the stress of the steel pipe concrete support is about half of that of the U-type steel support, and its deformation is reduced by 30%~40%.
