深埋高应力巷道钢管混凝土支护特征及应用研究

Characteristics of steel pipe concrete support for deeply buried high-stress roadway

  • 摘要: 为解决深埋高应力巷道支护问题,以水峪煤矿81103巷道为工程背景,分析了原支护方案下巷道变形破坏特征,结合地质条件和原支护方案对巷道变形破坏特征进行了评价,通过数值试验分析了动、静荷载作用下U型钢支架和钢管混凝土支架的承载性能。试验结果表明,在侧压力系数相同的情况下,钢管混凝土支架的应力约为U型钢支架的一半,变形减少30%~40%。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of deep-buried high-stress roadway support, the 81103 roadway of Shuiyu Mine is taken as the engineering background, the deformation and failure characteristics of the roadway under the original support scheme are analyzed, the deformation and failure characteristics of the roadway are evaluated by combining the geological conditions and the original support scheme, and the load-bearing performances of steel pipe concrete support and U-beam steel support are analyzed by numerical test under the action of dynamic and static loads.The test results show that in the case of the same lateral pressure coefficient, the stress of the steel pipe concrete support is about half of that of the U-type steel support, and its deformation is reduced by 30%~40%.
