Abstract:
With the increasingly serious mine gas disaster, the research and development of gas efficient extraction technology and equipment has become the current research hotspot.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high cost in traditional gas extraction methods, we developed a set of high-efficiency gas extraction equipment for directional long borehole hydraulic fracturing in the coal seam, and carried out on-site industrial tests.The results show that the hydraulic fracturing equipment consists of pressure pump, water tank, high pressure manifold and remote operating system, which has the characteristics of high pressure, stable flow, remote operation, remote video monitoring, stable operation and long running time.In the field construction, the technology of'open hole rapid sealing in the coal seam'is adopted.After controlling the hole forming, the best setting position is selected for open hole setting.The rapid setting of the fracturing tool string is realized within 10~30 min of pressure increase, and the maximum setting pressure reaches 14~15 MPa.The open hole rapid sealing of fracturing boreholes under complex formation conditions is realized, which meets the requirements of sealing quality for high pressure and large displacement hydraulic fracturing construction in coal mines.After fracturing, the extraction concentration and extraction purity of M3 borehole are increased by 4 times and 3 times, respectively.
