谐波对矿用隔爆型移动变电站的影响及抑制方法研究

Influence of harmonics on mine flameproof mobile substation and its suppression method

  • 摘要: 随着中国煤矿生产机械化作业程度的不断提高,加之煤炭需求量巨大,煤矿的采掘设备功率不断提高,变频器等非线性负载使用量也在不断增多,导致煤矿井下供电网络中谐波含量急剧增加,矿用隔爆型移动变电站受谐波的影响也日趋明显。为了提高煤矿井下设备供电的安全性、经济性、可靠性,从原理出发,分析煤矿井下供电系统中谐波产生的原因及其对矿用隔爆型移动变电站的危害,从矿用隔爆型移动变电站,涉及井下供电系统中移变容量和连接组别选择以及矿用变频器谐波抑制技术的应用方面,提出减小煤矿井下谐波对矿用隔爆型移动变电站影响的方法。

     

    Abstract: with the continuous improvement of mechanization operation in Chinese coal mines, coupled with the huge demand for coal, the power of mining equipment in coal mines continues to increase, and the use of non-linear loads such as frequency converters is also increasing, as a result, the harmonic content in the underground power supply network of coal mine increases rapidly, and the influence of the harmonic on the mine flameproof mobile substation becomes more and more obvious.In order to improve the safety, economy and reliability of power supply for underground equipment in coal mine, the causes of harmonic wave in underground power supply system and its harm to mine flameproof mobile substation are analyzed.From the aspects of mining flameproof mobile substation involved, underground power supply system's variable capacity and connection group selection and the application of harmonic suppression technology of mine frequency converter, a method to reduce the influence of underground harmonics on mine flameproof mobile substation is proposed.
