上覆采空区近距离煤层回采巷道支护设计

Support design for near-distance coal seam mining roadway in the overlying goaf

  • 摘要: 为合理确定上覆采空区近距离煤层回采巷道支护形式和参数,恒泰南庄煤业通过研究分析本煤层回采巷道布置区域对应上覆煤层采空区、煤柱及上覆岩层厚度、物理力学参数等信息,采用平衡拱理论对巷道顶板的冒落拱高度、巷道顶压、巷帮破坏深度,以及巷道侧压等进行了计算。根据顶板层状、块状不连续性岩体特征,采用挤压加固理论、组合梁理论和悬吊理论相结合的方式,对巷道锚杆、锚索支护的安全性进行了理论计算。采用材料力学简支梁理论对棚架支护的安全性,以及棚梁安全下沉量进行了计算。研究证明,上覆区域为无破坏的煤柱时,回采巷道采用锚网梁索支护;上覆区域为采空区时,回采巷道采用U型钢架棚支护可满足回采巷道掘进和后期回采需要。

     

    Abstract: In order to reasonably determine the form and parameters of the roadway support for the near-distance coal seam mining in the overlying goaf in Hengtai Nanzhuang Coal Industry, the height of the falling arch, the roof pressure of roadway, the failure depth of roadway side and the side pressure of roadway were calculated based on balanced arch theory by studying and analyzing the information of the goaf of overlying coal seam corresponding to the layout area of coal seam mining roadway, the thickness of the coal pillar and the overlying rock layer, and the physical and mechanical parameters of roadway roof.According to the characteristics of the layered and block-like discontinuous rock mass of roof, the safety of roadway anchor and anchor cable support was theoretically calculated by combining the extrusion reinforcement theory, the composite beam theory and the suspension theory.The material mechanics simply-supported beam theory was used to calculate the safety of scaffolding support and the safe subsidence of scaffolding beams.The study proves that when the overlying area is a non-destructive coal pillar, the mining roadway is supported by anchor net beam cables, and when the overlying area is a goaf, the mining roadway is supported by U-shaped steel frame shed to meet the needs of mining roadway excavation and later mining.
