离柳矿区煤矿综采工作面综合防尘技术研究

Comprehensive dust prevention technology for fully mechanized mining face of Liliu mining area

  • 摘要: 随着开采强度及开采效率的增大,工作面粉尘浓度进一步增加,从而产生矿井安全隐患并会损伤工人身体健康。为降低工作面粉尘浓度,以山西焦煤西山煤电公司晋邦德煤业10404工作面为研究对象,通过现场实测及理论分析的方法对工作面防尘技术展开研究。实测分析可知,采煤机割煤及液压支架移架是工作面粉尘的主要来源,粉尘浓度随着与尘源距离的增大而逐渐减小;基于工作面粉尘浓度及分布规律,设计了“工作面多模块组网式喷雾降尘系统+采煤机滚筒泡沫抑尘系统”的综合粉尘防治技术,并在现场进行了实际应用。观测数据表明,优化后的降尘措施较优化前效率增强了90%以上,有效降低了工作面粉尘浓度,保障了矿井安全生产及工人身体健康。

     

    Abstract: With the increase of mining intensity and mining efficiency, dust concentration in the working face is further increased, resulting in mine safety hazards and damaging the health of workers.In order to reduce the dust concentration of working face, taking the 10404 working face of Shanxi coking coal Xishan coal and electricity company Jinbangde coal industry as the research object, the dust prevention technology of the working face is studied by field measurement and theoretical analysis.The measured analysis shows that the coal cutting of shearer and the moving of hydraulic support are the main sources of dust in the working face, and the dust concentration gradually decreases with the increase of the distance from the dust source.Based on the dust concentration and distribution law of the working face, a comprehensive dust prevention technology of “working face multi-module networking spray dust reduction system+shearer drum foam dust suppression system” was designed and applied in the field.The efficiency of dust reduction measures after the optimization of observation data is more than 90% higher than that before the optimization, which effectively reduces the dust concentration of the working face and ensures the safety of mine production and the health of workers.
