基于煤体力学性质的采煤掘进机截割性能优化研究

Optimization of cutting performance of coal mining roadheader based on coal mechanical property

  • 摘要: 基于煤体力学性质,实践应用了新型采煤掘进机,建立了新型采矿方法—内切外剥法。通过建立力学模型,并利用柱模型和梁模型说明内切外剥法的工作机理。力学模型表明,拉应力比压应力引起更大的挠度,挠度与开采宽度呈二次关系。为了解同煤大唐塔山煤矿的矿压显现规律,提高开采效率,采用UDEC数值模拟方法对二盘区8203工作面的稳定性进行了分析。数值结果表明,8203工作面内切缝宽度为0.8m,外剥落宽度为0.4 m时为最优参数。现场试验结果表明,内切外剥法的回收率在90%以上,比传统方法提高了20%。

     

    Abstract: Based on the property of coal body mechanics, a new type of coal mining roadheader is practically applied, and a new mining method of inner cutting-outer stripping is established.The working mechanism of the internal-cutting external-stripping method method is illustrated by establishing a mechanical model and using a column model and a beam model.The mechanical model shows that the tensile stress causes greater deflection than the compressive stress, and the deflection has a quadratic relationship with the mining width.In order to understand the law of mine pressure manifestation in Tongmei Datang Tashan Coal Mine and improve the mining efficiency, the stability of 8203 working face in the second panel area was analyzed using UDEC numerical simulation method.The numerical results show that the 0.8 m width of inner cutting and the 0.4 m width of outer stripping are optimal parameters for 8203 working face.The field test results show that the recovery rate of the inner cutting and outer stripping method is above 90%,which is 20% higher than that of traditional method.
