Abstract:
We take the 430 working face of Shanjiacun Coal Mine as the research object, and there is a re-mining area in the northeast of the working face.The original 430 return air crossheading was supported by anchor net+W steel strip+anchor cable, and then optimized as combined support of anchor net cable and shed, with shed spacing of 0.8 m.Through stress analysis and pressure calculation, it is concluded that the steel shed meets the requirements of support strength.FLAC
3D software was used to study the stress of surrounding rock of roadway, and the distribution characteristics of stress and support force during excavation were analyzed.The field application analysis shows that the bolt and shed support are effective, and the shed support can better prevent the spread of the surrounding rock fracture zone.After optimizing the support parameters, the deformation of the surrounding rock of the re-mining roadway is effectively controlled, and the safe and efficient production of the working face is guaranteed.
