单家村煤矿复采区支护优化研究

Support optimization of re-mining area in Shanjiacun Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 以单家村煤矿430工作面为研究对象,该工作面东北部有复采区域。原430回风顺槽采用锚网+W钢带+锚索支护,后优化为锚网索和架棚联合支护,棚距为0.8 m。通过受力分析和压力计算,得出该钢棚满足支护强度要求。利用FLAC3D软件研究巷道围岩应力,分析掘进期间应力和支护受力分布特征。现场应用分析表明,锚杆和架棚支护有效,架棚支护能更好地阻止围岩破碎区蔓延,且优化支护参数后有效控制了复采巷道围岩变形,保障了工作面安全高效生产。该研究对增强复采区支护强度、优化巷道支护具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: We take the 430 working face of Shanjiacun Coal Mine as the research object, and there is a re-mining area in the northeast of the working face.The original 430 return air crossheading was supported by anchor net+W steel strip+anchor cable, and then optimized as combined support of anchor net cable and shed, with shed spacing of 0.8 m.Through stress analysis and pressure calculation, it is concluded that the steel shed meets the requirements of support strength.FLAC3D software was used to study the stress of surrounding rock of roadway, and the distribution characteristics of stress and support force during excavation were analyzed.The field application analysis shows that the bolt and shed support are effective, and the shed support can better prevent the spread of the surrounding rock fracture zone.After optimizing the support parameters, the deformation of the surrounding rock of the re-mining roadway is effectively controlled, and the safe and efficient production of the working face is guaranteed.
