Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of controlling the surrounding rock with high stress and large deformation in soft rock roadway, Chengjiagou Coal Mine is taken as the engineering background, through on-site investigation, theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock and the destabilization and failure mechanism of roadway are revealed, and a new composite support scheme of “anchor rod(cable)+grouting+steel pipe concrete support” is proposed, a mechanical model of “three-arch” reinforcement support based on steel pipe concrete support technology is established, and the ultimate bearing capacity of the above design scheme is calculated, which meets the support load and is able to maintain the stability of the soft-rock roadway.Through numerical simulation analysis, the distribution characteristics of plastic zone, stress field and displacement field of the design scheme are obtained, and the reasonableness of the design scheme is verified.
