新型复合支护技术在程家沟煤矿巷道中的应用研究

Application of new composite support technology in Chengjiagou Coal Mine roadway

  • 摘要: 针对软岩巷道高应力大变形的围岩控制问题,以程家沟煤矿为工程背景,通过现场调查、理论计算和数值模拟等方法,揭示了围岩变形特征及巷道失稳破坏机理,提出了“锚杆(索)+注浆+钢管混凝土支护”的新型复合支护方案,构建了基于钢管混凝土支护技术的“三拱”加固支护力学模型,并据此对设计方案的极限承载力进行了计算,设计方案满足支护荷载,能够保持软岩巷道的稳定。通过数值模拟分析,得到了设计方案的塑性区、应力场和位移场的分布特征,验证了设计方案的合理性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of controlling the surrounding rock with high stress and large deformation in soft rock roadway, Chengjiagou Coal Mine is taken as the engineering background, through on-site investigation, theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock and the destabilization and failure mechanism of roadway are revealed, and a new composite support scheme of “anchor rod(cable)+grouting+steel pipe concrete support” is proposed, a mechanical model of “three-arch” reinforcement support based on steel pipe concrete support technology is established, and the ultimate bearing capacity of the above design scheme is calculated, which meets the support load and is able to maintain the stability of the soft-rock roadway.Through numerical simulation analysis, the distribution characteristics of plastic zone, stress field and displacement field of the design scheme are obtained, and the reasonableness of the design scheme is verified.
