孟村煤矿矸石流态化充填料浆配比研究

Proportioning of fluidized filling slurry for gangue in Mengcun Mine

  • 摘要: 为防治孟村煤矿废弃巷道遗煤自燃等安全问题,矿区决定利用井下掘进矸石分阶段充填巷道的方式进行废弃巷道矸石流态化充填,在规模化处理煤矸石的同时密闭废弃巷道,达到充填减灾的目的。为保证充填效果、降低充填成本、提高充填效果,决定进行矸石流态化充填料浆配比研究,通过孟村煤矿所取矸石进行级配分析,研究浓度、粉煤灰掺量、减水剂掺量对矸石流态化料浆的流变特性影响,确定料浆矸石掺量、矸石粒径范围,以及外加剂掺量的最优组合,得出一种浓度为78%的可适用于孟村煤矿长距离管道输送的充填料浆配方以及该配方通过提高煤矸石掺量,增大料浆浓度,以提升固废处理能力,降低外加剂使用量,从而节约充填成本。

     

    Abstract: In order to prevent safety issues such as coal spontaneous combustion in abandoned tunnels of Mengcun Mine, we has decided in the mining area to use the method of underground excavation gangue to fill roadway in stages for fluidized filling of abandoned roadway.While dealing with coal gangue in a large scale, abandoned roadways are sealed to achieve the purpose of filling and disaster reduction.In order to ensure the filling effect, reduce the filling cost, and improve the filling effect, this article conducts a study on the proportion of gangue fluidized filling slurry.Through the grading analysis of gangue from Mengcun Mine, the influence of concentration, fly ash content, and water reducing agent content on the rheological characteristics of the gangue fluidized slurry is studied, and the optimal combination of gangue content, gangue particle size range, and admixture content is determined, A filling slurry formula with a concentration of 78% suitable for long-distance pipeline transportation in Mengcun Mine has been developed.This formula through increasing coal gangue content and slurry concentration, enhances solid waste treatment capacity, reduces the use of additives, and saves filling costs.
