Abstract:
In the context of soft-hard interlayer conditions, the study used FLAC
3D finite difference software for numerical simulation analysis of the matching issues between temporary support and rapid excavation. The research shows that when “excavating hard and supporting with soft rocks”,applying suitable support intensity enhances the load-bearing capacity of anchors and concrete effectively. When “excavating soft and supporting with hard sock”,the influence of support on surrounding rock is minimal, with roadway stability primarily determined by the rock mass properties in the excavation section.Under the conditions of different soft and hard interbeds, the influence of the change of empty roof distance on the roof subsidence is different. When the roof is soft rock, the change of empty roof distance will have a certain influence on the roof subsidence. When the roof is hard rock, increasing the empty roof distance has little effect on the roof subsidence. The test was carried out in Yushuling Coal Mine to reduce the support strength under the conditions of ensuring the stability of roadway, and the tunneling efficiency was significantly improved.
