一种矿井综合信息智能预警管理系统设计与实践

Design and practice of mine integrated information intelligent early warning management system

  • 摘要: 随着智能化矿井建设开展,各个矿井已初步实现对煤矿瓦斯、火灾、水害、顶板、粉尘五大灾害的监测报警或预警。但目前矿井智能化水平较低,普遍存在对多源异构数据的综合分析能力欠缺等问题。结合矿井实施情况,具体阐述了灾害信息智能预警内涵,并结合国产自主可控要求,提出了灾害智能化、可视化、透明化解决办法,针对性提出了相应解决方案:设计由数据采集、传输及存储3个数据处理方案和数据层、平台支撑层、应用层及终端4个层级组成预警管理系统,该系统能够实现对海量异构预警信息的分析和处理,打通“信息孤岛”,满足矿井对各类灾害智能综合预警需求。系统运行期间完成了减人增效、节约能源的目标,为实现智能化矿井建设提供了一种新的方案。

     

    Abstract: With the development of intelligent mine construction, each mine has initially realized the monitoring alarm or early warning of coal mine gas, fire, water damage, roof and dust.However, at present, the level of mine intelligence is low, and there are generally problems such as the lack of comprehensive analysis ability of multi-source heterogeneous data.Combined with the actual conditions of mine, we specifically expound the connotation of intelligent early warning of disaster information, and combined with the domestic independent control requirements, the corresponding solutions are put forward: The early warning management system is composed of three data processing schemes: data acquisition, data transmission and data storage, and four levels: data layer, platform support layer, application layer and terminal.It can realize the analysis and processing of massive heterogeneous early warning information.It breaks through the “information island”,meets the intelligent comprehensive early warning needs of various disasters in mine, and realizes the goal of reducing personnel and increasing efficiency and saving energy during the operation of the system, providing a new plan for the construction of intelligent mines.
