Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of hydraulic support falling, sliding, and coal gangue flying and injuring people in the mining process of a coal seam with a large inclination angle, a mine in Shaanxi Province conducted research by improving the structure of hydraulic supports, optimizing the mining process, and setting up a limit device for the lower end of the support, a pedestrian path, and a full-length protective net for the machine path.The improved hydraulic support added a jack connection device for the top beam and base beam of the hydraulic support, and the distance between the base and the push-pull rod frame was reduced from 5 cm to 3 cm.This effectively solved the problem of the chute sliding too fast during the mining process.Practice has proved that a scientific and reasonable mining process, sufficient initial support force of the hydraulic support column, advanced control of the coal wall, and an appropriate distance between the head and tail of the machine are the key to ensuring the normal mining of the coal seam with a large inclination angle.When the hydraulic support has a tendency to fall and slide, using the way of connecting the top beam and base beam of adjacent supports can effectively prevent the sliding and falling of the support.
