王村煤场选煤厂风选改造工艺研究与实践

Research and practice of transformation process for air separation of Wangcun coal preparation plant

  • 摘要: 王村煤场选煤厂原煤具有灰分高、粒度细、水分大等突出特点。由于现有风选系统难以适应这种煤质,且分选效果不佳,因此已停运。为恢复风选系统,提高产品发热量,分析了原煤煤质,对比研究了不同脱粉粒度和中煤分选工艺,最终采用3 mm脱粉+50-3 mm复合式干法主再选工艺。结合既有生产设施,脱粉采用1台交叉筛+1台弛张筛联合使用以保证脱粉灵活性,主选中煤采用开路再选以提高处理能力和分选精度。实践结果表明,改造后混煤产率与改造前相当,产品发热量由4 208 kcal/kg提高至4 517 kcal/kg,每年增加利润达3 356.51万元,生产系统对原煤煤质适应性得到显著增强,该改造工艺符合原煤特性且达到了预期效果。

     

    Abstract: Raw coal in Wangcun preparation plant has obvious characteristics such as high ash content, fine particle size and high moisture content.The existing air separation system is closed because of its low adaptability and low efficiency.In order to resume the separation system and improve the calorific value of products, we analyze the coal quality of raw coal, and study the process of depowder and middle coal separation process.50-3 mm main re-separation process without 3 mm powder coal was finally adopted.Combined with the existing production facilities, the combined cross screen with relaxation screen is adopted to ensure the flexible and adjustable particle size of powder removal, with the open-circuit re-separation of middle coal to improve its capacity and separation accuracy.The practical production results show that the yield of clean coal is equivalent to that before transformation, the calorific value of the product is increased from 4 208 kcal/kg to 4 517 kcal/kg, and profit increases to 33.56 million yuan.The adaptability of the system to raw coal is significantly enhanced, and the transformation process conforms to raw coal, and expected effect is achieved.
