采煤机漏电保护系统的研究与改进措施研究

  • 摘要: 采煤机大多采用附加直流电源保护,其具有保护全面、电容电流补偿、动作值整定简单的特点,但在实际生产中会发生漏电保护装置误动、跳闸的现象。石港煤矿采煤机牵引电机漏电保护电路在工作过程中受变频器装置的影响,误动作频繁出现。为此,对采煤机漏电保护系统进行研究,分析了目前保护电路存在的不足,在对干扰信号进行分析后,提出了采用减法电路抵消干扰信号的解决方案,并进行了仿真分析。实践结果表明,上述方案简单易实现,可提高牵引电机漏电保护装置的可靠性,避免不必要的停产,可以提高生产效率。

     

    Abstract: Coal mining machine mostly adopts additional DC power protection, which is characterized by comprehensive protection, capacitive current compensation, and simple action value adjustment, but the phenomenon of leakage protection device misoperation and tripping occurs in actual production.False action frequently occurs for Shihang coal mine mining machine traction motor leakage protection circuit in the working process due to the influence of the inverter device.For this reason, the coal mining machine leakage protection system is studied, the deficiencies of current protection circuit are analyzed, and after analyzing the interfering signals, the solution of using subtraction circuit to offset the interfering signals is proposed and simulated.The practical results show that the above solution is simple and easy to realize, which can improve the reliability of the traction motor leakage protection device, avoid unnecessary production stoppage, and can improve the production efficiency.
