Abstract:
In the process of coal mining, the working face often encounters the problem of crossing the old roadway.Due to the decline of bearing capacity of coal pillar in working face, the roof breaks above the old roadway, which makes the roof of working face sink substantially, and the strong mine pressure such as coal wall spalling, roof collapse and support over-pressured, which seriously threatens the safe and efficient production.We take a thin coal working face of a mine in northern Shaanxi as the research background.During the process of it crossing an old roadway, support crushing and collapse accident occur.The cause of roof collapse accident is analyzed.Combining the actual conditions, we put forward corresponding treatment measures, that is, through the timely maintenance of hydraulic supply system and crushed support, ensuring it reaching support force standard, the support beam reinforcement, and the optimization of pushing process, thus fully mechanized mining face will safely and fast pass through collapse area and old roadway to ensure the safe and efficient mining of working face.
