薄煤层综采工作面过老巷期间冒顶原因及综合处置实践研究

Roof collapse and comprehensive treatment practice during fullymechanized mining face of thin coal seam crossing old roadway

  • 摘要: 煤矿开采过程中会经常遇到工作面过老巷的问题,由于工作面煤柱承载能力的下降,顶板在老巷上方出现断裂,使工作面出现顶板大幅度下沉,煤壁片帮、冒顶、支架压死等强矿压显现,严重威胁安全高效生产。以陕北某矿薄煤层综采工作面过老巷期间出现冒顶、支架压死事故为例,对薄煤层综采工作面过老巷冒顶事故原因进行分析,结合现场实际条件制定相应处置措施,通过及时对供液系统及压死的支架进行检修使支架初撑力达标,对支架前梁进行补强支护,优化过老巷期间的推采工艺等措施,综采工作面安全快速通过冒落区和老巷,保证了工作面安全高效开采。

     

    Abstract: In the process of coal mining, the working face often encounters the problem of crossing the old roadway.Due to the decline of bearing capacity of coal pillar in working face, the roof breaks above the old roadway, which makes the roof of working face sink substantially, and the strong mine pressure such as coal wall spalling, roof collapse and support over-pressured, which seriously threatens the safe and efficient production.We take a thin coal working face of a mine in northern Shaanxi as the research background.During the process of it crossing an old roadway, support crushing and collapse accident occur.The cause of roof collapse accident is analyzed.Combining the actual conditions, we put forward corresponding treatment measures, that is, through the timely maintenance of hydraulic supply system and crushed support, ensuring it reaching support force standard, the support beam reinforcement, and the optimization of pushing process, thus fully mechanized mining face will safely and fast pass through collapse area and old roadway to ensure the safe and efficient mining of working face.
