钻孔精准密封技术在动压巷道瓦斯抽采中的应用

Application of drilling precision sealing technology in gas extraction of dynamic pressure roadway

  • 摘要: 针对桑树坪二号井动压巷道瓦斯抽采过程中由于封孔效果不佳,导致的钻孔抽采浓度低,钻孔抽采浓度、流量衰减快等难题,通过研究邻空动压巷道松动圈发育深度,探测现用封孔工艺钻孔漏气位置,分析钻孔漏气原因,提出了包括对钻孔合理封孔深度、封孔区域及封孔方式等进行优化设计的钻孔精准密封技术,并对该技术在动压巷道瓦斯抽采中进行了应用。结果表明,钻孔漏气深度位于钻孔15 m内,漏气原因主要为密封段漏气、围岩裂隙漏气以及串孔钻孔深部漏气,松动圈发育深度为5 m,相对于采用原始技术,采用钻孔精准密封技术后钻孔瓦斯浓度在59%以上,约为采用原始技术钻孔瓦斯的3倍,钻孔精准密封技术在动压巷道瓦斯抽采中取得了良好的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low concentration of borehole extraction, fast attenuation of borehole extraction concentration and flow rate caused by poor sealing effect in the process of gas extraction in the dynamic pressure roadway of Sangshuping No.2 mine, by studying the development depth of loose circle in adjacent air dynamic pressure roadway, detecting the leakage position of borehole in current sealing process, and analyzing the causes of borehole leakage, a precise sealing technology of borehole is proposed, which includes optimizing the reasonable sealing depth, sealing area and sealing mode of borehole.The technology is applied in gas extraction of dynamic pressure roadway.The results show that the leakage depth of borehole is within 15 m of borehole.The main causes of gas leakage are leakage in sealing section and surrounding rock fracture and deep gas leakage in string hole drilling.The development depth of loose circle is 5 m.Compared with the original technology, the gas concentration in borehole is more than 59% after using the precise sealing technology of borehole, which is about 3 times that of the original technology.
