Abstract:
The deformation control of surrounding rock roadway in the comprehensive caving section of extra-thick coal seam is a common problem restricting the safe production of coal mines.In order to improve the surrounding rock control technology of the dynamic pressure roadway, the deformation and support conditions of the return airway of the comprehensive caving working face of the extra-thick coal seam in Jingfang Coal Mine have been studied through theoretical analysis and industrial tests.By combining the limit balance theory and the roadway section size, the width of coal pillar in the return air roadway of 3-805 working face is calculated to be 6 m.The surrounding rock control system of “optimization of coal pillar-roof cutting top pressure relief-path correction-anchor support” is proposed to work with the whole large-section mining roadway of the extra-thick coal seam, and the deformation of surrounding rock, the force of support body, and the effect of on-site grouting are monitored.The deformation of surrounding rock, the force of support body and the effect of grouting on site were monitored.The on-site practice of the synergistic method shows that the surrounding rock deformation has been effectively controlled, and the convergence of the roadway has been reduced.
