深部强动压巷道围岩控制技术研究

Surrounding rock control technology of deep strong dynamic pressure roadway

  • 摘要: 针对深部巷道在高地应力、强动压影响下发生大变形、难维护的问题,以胡底煤业1105巷围岩控制为例,采用地质资料分析及围岩形态观测、围岩裂隙钻孔窥视、现场试验等方法,分析探讨了深部软岩巷道变形特征及围岩控制对策。研究结果表明,深部高地应力、向斜构造应力、超前采动应力、巷道穿层及围岩裂隙发育是导致巷道变形的主要原因。基于1105巷变形特征及机理,提出了“灌浆式钢管混凝土+高强度锚网索喷支护”的强动压巷道主被动联合支护对策,可为类似条件下的深部巷道围岩控制提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of large deformation and difficult maintenance of deep roadway under the influence of high geo-stress and strong dynamic pressure, taking the surrounding rock control of 1105 roadway in Hudi Coal Industry as an example, the deformation characteristics of deep soft rock roadway and the control countermeasures of surrounding rock are analyzed and discussed by means of geological data analysis, surrounding rock morphology observation, borehole peeping of surrounding rock fracture and field test.The results show that the deep high geo-stress, syncline tectonic stress, advanced mining stress, roadway crossing layer and surrounding rock fracture development are the main causes of roadway deformation.Based on the deformation characteristics and mechanism of 1105 roadway, the active and passive combined support countermeasures of grouting concrete-filled steel tube + high-strength anchor mesh cable spray support' for strong dynamic pressure roadway are proposed, which can provide reference for surrounding rock control of deep roadway under similar conditions.
