Abstract:
The coexistence of coal, oil and gas in underground coal mines is a hidden disaster-causing factor that threatens the safe and efficient production of coal resources. As an effective means of gas and oil-type gas control, floor interception drilling pressure relief technology is widely used in adjacent coal seam mining.Aiming at the problem that the gas and oil-type gas emission from the underlying coal seam under the adjacent coal seam mining affects the safety production, taking the No.215 working face of Huangling No.2 Coal Mine as the research background, the combination of field investigation, theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and field effect verification is adopted. The characteristics of gas content and oil-type gas occurrence in the mine are clarified, the principle of floor interception and extraction technology in adjacent coal seam mining is clarified, and the deformation characteristics of floor strata under mining action are simulated. The technical scheme of floor interception drilling and pressure relief in adjacent coal seam mining is designed and applied to the actual production site. The results show that the maximum stress of the surrounding rock of the stope is 29.4 MPa when the mining face is 180 m, and the maximum foor deformation of the goaf is 2.27 m, and the floor is mainly tensile failure. When the working face is advanced to the vicinity of the interception borehole, the gas concentration of the borehole is 21%~92%,and the pure amount of extraction is 0.48~1.98 m
3/min.The gas concentration and the pure amount of extraction are greatly improved, which further verifies that the interception borehole has good extraction and pressure relief effect. The research results have reference significance for ensuring and realizing the safe, efficient, intelligent and green mining of the mine.
