黄陵矿区煤矿瓦斯与油型气拦截抽采治理技术研究

Treatment technology of oil-typed gas interception and extraction in Huangling mining area

  • 摘要: 煤矿井下煤油气共存已是威胁煤炭资源安全高效生产的隐蔽致灾因素。底板拦截钻孔抽采卸压技术作为瓦斯、油型气治理的有效手段,在邻近煤层开采中被广泛应用。针对邻近煤层开采下伏煤层瓦斯、油型气涌出影响安全生产的问题,以黄陵二号煤矿215工作面为研究背景,采用现场调研、理论分析、数值计算与现场效果验证相结合的方法,厘清了矿井瓦斯含量与油型气赋存特征,阐明了邻近煤层开采底板拦截抽采技术原理,模拟了采动作用下底板岩层变形特征,设计了邻近煤层开采底板拦截钻孔抽采卸压技术方案,并应用于实际生产现场。结果表明,工作面回采180 m时采场围岩最大应力为29.4 MPa,采空区底板最大变形量2.27 m,底板以拉伸破坏为主;在工作面推进至拦截钻孔附近时,钻孔瓦斯浓度为21%~92%,抽采纯量为0.48~1.98 m3/min,瓦斯浓度及抽采纯量大幅提高,进一步验证了拦截钻孔具备良好的抽采卸压效果。研究成果对保障和实现矿井的安全、高效、智能与绿色开采具有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: The coexistence of coal, oil and gas in underground coal mines is a hidden disaster-causing factor that threatens the safe and efficient production of coal resources.As an effective means of gas and oil-type gas control, floor interception drilling pressure relief technology is widely used in adjacent coal seam mining.Aiming at the problem that the gas and oil-type gas emission from the underlying coal seam under the adjacent coal seam mining affects the safety production, taking the No.215 working face of Huangling No.2 Coal Mine as the research background, the combination of field investigation, theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and field effect verification is adopted.The characteristics of gas content and oil-type gas occurrence in the mine are clarified, the principle of floor interception and extraction technology in adjacent coal seam mining is clarified, and the deformation characteristics of floor strata under mining action are simulated.The technical scheme of floor interception drilling and pressure relief in adjacent coal seam mining is designed and applied to the actual production site.The results show that the maximum stress of the surrounding rock of the stope is 29.4 MPa when the mining face is 180 m, and the maximum foor deformation of the goaf is 2.27 m, and the floor is mainly tensile failure.When the working face is advanced to the vicinity of the interception borehole, the gas concentration of the borehole is 21%~92%,and the pure amount of extraction is 0.48~1.98 m3/min.The gas concentration and the pure amount of extraction are greatly improved, which further verifies that the interception borehole has good extraction and pressure relief effect.The research results have reference significance for ensuring and realizing the safe, efficient, intelligent and green mining of the mine.
